Real estate development solutions to sound property investment advice comes to Amina intrinsically stemming from a family history of commercial development projects involved in medical, office, industrial, and retail in Central Florida since the 90s. Amina’s real estate portfolio experience also includes land acquisitions for investor clients developing mixed-use projects such as multifamily homes, townhomes, multi-national hotel chain sites, and build-to-rent communities.
A graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration, Amina followed her career path in real estate investments, pursuing her real estate broker’s license in the state of Florida in 2000. She successfully handles and manages real estate portfolios of international and local investors in the Orlando area.
Fluent in English, Swahili, Gujarati, and conversational Hindi/Urdu, to reading and writing Arabic skills, Amina is committed to professional, high-quality real estate service, ensuring that her clients are equipped with the right tools to make their real estate investment decisions with confidence, and adding value to their real estate portfolio.
